Linda “Lynn” Zmud is a leader, educator, coach, and lifelong believer in helping people become the best version of themselves.
With experience in healthcare management, higher education leadership, business operations, and organizational development, Lynn helps leaders build stronger teams, improve communication, and create systems that drive results. Her approach is practical, honest, and rooted in the belief that success happens when people feel supported, challenged, and empowered.
Whether she’s coaching a business owner, mentoring a new leader, supporting students, or helping an organization navigate change, Lynn brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, real-world experience, and genuine compassion.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with family, making memories with her granddaughter Sophia, enjoying life at the cottage Up North, cruising Anchor Bay by boat, or fueling the next big idea with iced coffee and determination.
